Herr Dr. jur. Christoph J. Partsch (LLM Duke Univ., USA) ist seit 1995 tätig als Rechtsanwalt und Unternehmer. Nach seinen Studien der Rechtswissenschaften, Medizin und Kunstgeschichte in Bonn, Freiburg, Kiel und Genf hat er sein 2. juristisches Staatsexamen 1994 in Berlin abgelegt. An der Duke University, Durham, USA, hat er zudem einen Master of the Laws erlangt. Bei Prof. Dr. Schmidt-Jortzig in Kiel hat er einen Dr. jur. zum Informationsfreiheitsrecht erworben. Frau Dr. Annett Kröttinger, ärztliche Leiterin der Deutschen Stiftung für chronisch Kranke, koordiniert und supervidiert die medizinischen Aspekte aller durch die Stiftung organisierten telemedizinischen Programme. Aufgrund ihrer Tätigkeit in der ambulanten Patienten- versorgung verfügt sie über umfassende Kenntnisse des deutschen Gesundheitswesens.
